820-3437 rotates the cooler, but does not turn on

This mac arrived with various oxidations close to the u1900, u6100, Y1915, Q8150 and components nearby. Replaces the oxidized ones and checked the tensions. The mac turns on the cooler, but it has no image and has no data reading on the USB's.
