820-3437 S0 state sometimes powers on

This board came a while ago, someone else had tried to repair it and they messed with the SMC and somehow the CPU did not have the black decal on top, we fixed it by repairing a bad trace on U8005 and replacing U8005, board worked great for about 3-4 months.

It is back now as it is shutting down randomly, while here we have check the area we worked on and looks fine, board sometimes starts but after about 3-5 minutes it shuts down and tried to start up again, but eventually it stops and hangs around S0 state. If I leave it alone for a while I can come back and use it for about 3-5 minutes...

Did you reball SMC?
Maybe need to change it.

Try to see what happens if start in SMC bypass mode.
