820-3437 Short to ground on F7140 (PPBUS_G3H)

How can i find whats shortage i tied the psu to it and reved up the current was pulling 5 amps nothing was getting hot to touch.....

Remove the fuse. Which side is the short on?

Pin 1 gives me .095 on multimeter diode pin 2 gives .000

Inject voltage on pin 2. Feel around. Raise amps. Also, What's the history on this? Liquid?

5 amps should get something hot for sure unless it is a hard short inside the board.

No liquid. She said it wouldn't turn on after the hurricane we had here. But I thoroughly checked for liquid damage couldn't find any. I'm guessing power surge or something.

Yeah like duke said if nothing is getting hot it is internal to the pcb.
