820 3462, - Don't Turn ON, Water damage

Water damage close to c7580, c7560.. Corrosion cleaned and capacitors c7580,c7560 replaced...

PPBUS_G3H = 2.3V

PP3V42_G3H = 3.4v

=CHGR_ACOK = 3.3V

ideas ?

Check sense resistor circuits for ISL6259?

the problem is Q7030 ... because the component is heating... in the moment i don't have this component.. but i think when i replace board comes on again! TY
