[No-Clean]

Clean board that turns on, USB has power but not activity, known good screen gets lid up but no image, this to me is a no brainer

One of the worst Apple boards; before A1534 came out.

Any history available, previous work on it in other place?
All voltages present, including VCORE?

What about PLT_RESET_L?
If present, you can try new BIOS file.

No prior repairs by the looks of the board.

VCORE present.

PLT_RESET_L is present, will try new BIOS if I can find one
