so i got this machine, and it wasnt turning on. customer tried to dissasembly it, broke trackpad flex and fan. ive ordered those two, as a result the machine is slow for now, it has sensors issues. I replaced the U7000, the typical ISL in these. turned on. alright i reassemble but now the machine wont detect battery. the two things were the battery screws go were broken so i resoldered them. but the battery isnt detected im thinking ?ts a screwed battery, but i want to make sure before making my customer buy new one. ive checked both data lines, and that the two battery screws are properly attached, so it isnt the special screw. i get 1-2v at pin 5 of Q7055. but the on the data lines on battery only i get 0V, but when i put charger in, i get proper volts at the data lines. so its just a screwed battery, or it may be related to the SMC, or U7000?

Did you tight enough the special activation screw?
Check if A1/10 and J1/7 pins from battery connector have good contact to ground.
Post exact value for diode mode on SCL/SDA lines.

2informaticos SCL is open to ground....and SDA is 1080 in diode mode. as for what JohnB8812 asked, PPBUS_G3H is 12.56v!

well i guess im missing something, if i use red probe on ground and take the measurements with the black one i get .510 on both lines...

"Check if A1/10 and J1/7 pins from battery connector have good contact to ground."

2informaticos SYS_DET_3_4 is properly grounded when i put the screw. i made sure of this by testing two times. or do you mean something else?
