MacBook came in with fake charger, R6920 was burned, U7000 and U4650 were shorted, those got replaced, but still no light on charger. One thing I cannot figure out is why PPDCIN_G3H shows OL and on a working board I get 0.678 when measuring in diode mode. R7045 and R7086 are both good, from there I don't know where to go.

Thanks!

Possibly R6912 burnt, damaged in same way; you must check ohm scale, onboard.
PPDCIN_G3H not present at all?

Thanks, weird enough I removed R6912 measured it and it was fine, put it back on and now I got PPDCIN_G3H, but on PPBUS_G3H I am only getting 12.2v, U5010 is fine, will check SMC now.

BTY I still don't have a light on the charger.

Ok first reflowed SMC and same thing, then I replaced it and board is now working fine, all of this because of a knockoff charger...

Fake charger delivers always full voltage.
If you connect the Magsafe a bit angled, ADAPTER_SENSE pin can receive an overvoltage.
Original Magsafe 2 charger delivers 3V aprox, with very low current capability.
Full voltage is enabled if charger doesn't detect any short, or leakage...
