820-3476-A A1502 .023mA No power. MIssing Pm_Slp_S4_L

Working on this board with no fan spin.
PPBUS_G3H 12.56v
PPVRET_G3H 3.3V
PP5V_S5 5V
PP3V_S5 3.3V
P5VS4RS3_EN is 0v. Pm_
Slp_S4_L jumps to 1.4v when plugged in then drops to 0v.

Has some signs of cleaning done but no corrosion visible.
Tried Smc bypass, fan spins a few times and current drops to ..019ma before returning to .023ma.
Checked Cpu coils and no voltage present when plugged in and no short to gnd on coils.
No noticeable shorts on the other coils.
Any input appreciated.

If PM_SLP_S4_L pulse high, S3 voltages should pulse too.
Also check the same for PM_SLP_S3_L and S0 voltages.
ALL_SYS_PWRGD pulses too?

Better to (repeatedly) triger SMC_ONOFF_L when check mentioned signals; use R5115/16 pads, instead of power button.

Hi PM_Slp_S3L pulses also. All S0 voltages pulse but PP3v3_s0 has 1.9v present constantly pulsing slightly higher all the rest drop to 0v. All_SYS_PWRGD pulses also.

Cpu coils not pulsing, havent changed the bios yet. Just curious as to why I would be gettting 1.9v on PP3v3_s0 when no pm_slp_s4_l or any s4 voltages?

When U8030 is removed I get
P3V3S0_EN jumps to 3.3v and I get
PP3v3_S5 3.3v
PP3V3_S0 .5V
PP5V_S0 5V

Problem seems to be with the .5v on PP3V3_S0_FET line.

When I fit a new one I loose p3v3s0_en signal and get .5v on pins 1 and 3.

Fit another U8030 now getting .094ma PP3V3_S0_FET. but still no fan spin

it reads 0.37 good board reads 0.10. its dropped back to .023ma with pp3v3_s0_fet back to 1.9v so maybe damaged new U8030
