820-3476-A fan spin,vcore, no light on usb

820-3476-a, board looks good, cant see any corrosion, board turns on and off with power button, will pram reset.
Getting vcore, cpu is getting warm not hot. No light on usb mouse.

Is this worth attempting?, the looking i've done around the forum suggests it may not be

How do you know it does a PRAM reset? Voltage on Vcore?

Judging from fan activity, will spin as normal on start, but with PRAM reset will start, power off and start again like it should. vcore 1.75v

Fan does not stop when you do a PRAM reset as far as I know. What is the history on this thing?

Was picked up from a computer repair store when they closed, device looked somewhat impact damaged, no repairs attempted so far as much as i can tell.

If this really was impact damage then it is a waste of time.

Check U1950, often the cause of a CPU running cold/no post.
