820-3476 ASD EFI fails on IPBR and Management Engine Presence Test

Hi,

I have that board which apparently had a tiny little liquid damage around U5580, R7237 and Q7321 (GND side).

-U5580 had a corroded pin 3 which was fixed and chip was replaced.
- R7237 wasn't replaced at it does measure fine. I have just re-applied some solder on each side of it.
- Q7321 wasn't replaced too as only the ground side had signs of liquid. I did re-applied some solder to it.

Symptoms:

Mac will load OSX with the progression bar and freeze/halt when reaching the end.

Trying ASD OS will fail the ME region kext loading
Trying the ASD EFI will fail with the IPBR sensor reading above limit and the Management Engine Present Test failing.

After using the ASD EFI, I did measure R5429 which measures fine and compared each side in diode mode with a known good board. Same values.
I also did reflow the SMC.
Finally I did backup the Bios 3 times and rewrote it with one with a Clear ME found on Vinafix. Same errors in ASD EFI.

What could be causing the Management Engine Present Test to fail other than a faulty Bios.

Can both problems leads to a faulty SMC?

I also know now why ASD is complaining about IPBR...
MacBook won't start from the charger only. It needs the battery as well.
PPBUS_G3H is 4V if only charger is plugged whereas it is 10V when battery is plugged.
PPBUS_G3H has .115V drop to ground which seems like a decent value.
I already replaced the ISL but same issue so I need to investigate this PPBUS issue first.

Solved. We had the transistor linked to the ISL which was shorted, sending 5V to PPBUS.
Then I just did clean the ME region manually and everything works now.
