820-3476 Auto Starting Every Time

Any idea where to start with this? It's a fully functional 2014 MacBook Pro 13". Passed ASD. But it always auto starts when plugged in. Battery is good.

PRAM reset? Did you shut down from OSX?

Yes and yes. It's a computer we thought was done and was going through testing fine so it's been shut down and restarted multiple times from within OS X. Did PRAM and SMC reset. No change.

Ultrasonic-only fix. Some type of spill. Looks like some corrosion around the top right of the SMC.

Reflow/reball SMC and replace clock chip.
