820-3476 boot problem

Arrived with no liquid damage, there was just flux around the SMC . When turned on board draws around 200 mah and fan spins fast.

Changed SMC from donar to rule out. At first was booting normally around 600 mah and normal spinning fan.

After reassembling in case same issue returned. Removed again from case with nothing connected but DC IN board but same issue persist.

Any ideas on this one? Could something in the case be killing the SMC?

Not booting properly. Stuck at 0.125 ma with fast fan spin. Same happens with known good trackpad.

Properly booting board is around 0.600 ma

Something in the board reacted to the heat; probably PCH/CPU.
Heat and check if board boots again.
