820-3476 Dead CPU - Swap?

820-3476. Dead CPU. 16Gb board, otherwise would move on.
Can these be swapped? Would the only source be a donor board and does it need to be identical?

Noticed the CPU has a slight bend once it was removed. Not sure if that’s normal due to the caps on the bottom.

If the CPU has warped you heated it uneven and now it is junk. You can put any CPU from an identical board on there but the BIOS will need the ME fixed. CPU replacement is possible but it is just too much risk if you ask me.

Used the BGA station... was dead already. Thanks.

Too much top heat then. Or just an uneven heating element. Also heating it too slow will make it warp. CPU swaps are just a bitch.
