hello

working on a liquid damaged 820-3476 a1502 board

get a light on the charger and the fan is spinning.
the fan is starting normally and after a few seconds increase speed almost to full speed...
the board has cpu vcore 1.8v and usb mouse light up

the liquid was around the dcin connector, not much though, the indicator is red but looks pretty clean around

c7157 and c7155 was corroded and replaced from a donor board

u7501 had a blob of solder \ corrosion (?) around pins 12,11,10,9
those joints was repaired with an iron solder and looks good now.

i haven't removed u7501 yet

rest of the board was inspected and looks pretty clean...

when checking, still same behavior (fan starting slow and goes fast)

any advice?

Tin the pads and reflow it on with hot air. Then retouch the pads with iron when needed. Use bottom heat to avoid melting the connector.
