820-3476 Need clean ME region Bios

Hello,

I have that 820-3476 which looks perfect, absolutely clean, pulsing but would not start.
I was planning to give it a clean using the ultrasonic cleaner but before that I thought, let's check with another Bios.
I did try a Bios I've found on vinafix and it did start but bad ME region. Progress bar stuck at the end.

I am providing the original Bios that I could dump but I guess it is messed up for some reasons so if someone could provide a nice clean Bios for that board model, that would help.

Actually, I need to give an update on that one...
As soon as we did boot from the internal flash drive, we saw Windows blue screen asking to press F1 or F8 talking about some file.EFI
Once we tried to restart same problem happened again... it wouldn't start.
It reminds me once I did boot on a drive which had the chameleon boot loader (used for hackintosh), same problem, board was dead.

Something must be erasing or rewriting the EFI part of the bios somehow. In this case some windows boot file.
