820-3476 no charge

This 3476 shows charge but it is not charging: "charging no". All other values seem ok and are recognized like total mah and cycle. Has orange light on the charger. I am out of options (that I know of). What I did so far:

- Tested different charger and battery
- Checked every resistor around U7100 and battery connector
- Replaced U7100 and re-balled and then replaced SMS (both at least twice)
- Checked the battery data pullup resistors, proper ohm value and resistance

Anything else that could cause this symptom and I am overlooking?

UPDATE: in a last ditch effort replaced the only thing that was left Q7155, and charging.... just leaving this out here for the rest ticket is closed
