Arrived with only minor liquid damage on Q5158. Replaced but no change, Only 0.60V on PPVCC_S0_CPU


What should be checked next?

Do you get correct voltage on all other coils?

PPVCC_S0_CPU starts directly with 0.6V, or drops in seconds from higher start voltage?

Check diode mode to ground there.
Compare with similar board.

Try heating CPU with quality flux.
May have luck to be only accumulated crap between its balls.
