820-3476 panic cpu

Arrived with no liquid or drop damage. Machine randomly crashes and restarts with CPU panic. See attached picture.

Don?t know even where to begin with this. Any hope for this board or cpu/ram issue ??

Try to boot in safe mode and also test SMC bypass.

Change C1031 and report back.
