820-3536 no chime no display

tried with external keyboard still no pictures and chime. Also tried mouse in a 820-3115 board without RAM and it light up.

Alright so the light on the mouse tells us nothing, it will only tell the system is powering USB ports

You can try to flash a clean rom onto the SPI though, that would be my last guess before I'd give up.

Just to be sure since I don't think you confirmed this yet, but you did check the SPI termination resistors right?
