820-3588 - Noise in headphones

This is an iMac 21-inch A1418

Sound is working fine through the internal speakers but when I plug in headphones there is just a constant noise in them. I replaced the headphone jack but issue remains.

Any ideas where to go next?

I don't have the diagram for this one, but a bad headphone amp seems likely.
