820-3662 (A1398 2014) - boots only if the battery is disconnected

The only visible damage on the MLB was near the TPS.
Fixed it, but the device doesn't boot when the battery is connected. Once you disconnect the battery, it works fine.
Also, tested with a new battery, no go.

No idea where to start from, please help me.

Check if starts in SMC bypass mode.

Post exact PPBUS_G3H voltage w/ and w/o battery connected.
Be sure Q7130 is not shorted.

Same issue on my 820-3662-a

PPBUS_G3H voltage w/o battery 12.60v

PPBUS_G3H voltage w/o adpter
11.90v(showing battery voltage)

Q7130 is not shorted.
And i already changed u7100, bios
