820-3662 Fan spin & stop loop

Hi , no drop no liquid sign. When checking current sensing circuit R7122 was 300K measured and replaced with 10ohm but nothing change. (R7121,R7151,R7152 ok)

PPBUS_G3H = 12.5V and stable
PPVIN_S5_HS_COMPUTING = 12.5V and stable
PPVRTC_G3H = 3.43V and stable
PP5V_S5 = 5V and stable
PP3V3_S5 = 3.3V and stable

where can i check?

PP5V_S4 is trying to come high? (may need oscilloscope to catch this)
Voltage on both pins of R1100-R1103?
How SPI area looks like, any damage??
CPU Vcore is pulsing too????
