820-3662 - Green Light, But...

The MB is pretty much clean.
Basically no short to ground and i can't get Back the S4-S3 and S0 .
Here is some measurements:

PPBUS_G3H = 12.56V
PPVRTC_G3H = 3.34V
PP5V_S5 = 5V
PP5V_S4/S3/S0 = 0V no pulsing or shot to ground
SMC_PM_G2_EN = 3.4V
P5VP3V3_VREG3 = 3.3V
P3V3S5_EN = 3.3V
S5_PWRGD = 3.33
PP3V3_SUS = 0V

Any history available?

Check for pulse at PM_SP_SUS_L and 3V3_SUS when trigger SMC_OMOFF_L.
Post PM_BATLOW_L, PM_DSW_PWRGD, PCH_DSWVRMEN and the 4 RTC signals.
