820-3662 - MacOs only starts without trackpad or battery

I'm struggling with this logic board. If I turn it on with the battery and trackpad connected, the system doesn't start. If I disconnect the trackpad or the battery, it starts normally.

I tested it with another battery and another trackpad, same problem.

I checked the resistors on the trackpad line, all good.

I have SMC_LID 3.4 and BUTTON_DISABLE 0v, with the trackpad and with and without the battery.

I found some oxidation near J5250 and U7310. But nothing causing a short circuit. I replaced the components and cleaned everything. But the problem persists.

The owner of the Mac did not report any previous problems.

Yes, the trackpad works normally without the battery.

I tried to run it in diagnostic mode, but it doesn't work, it shows Apple support website and -510d.

This model no longer has ASD, right?

I was able to run ASD 162 without the battery connected! With the battery on, when I choose to boot from ASD, the Mac crashes.

It only showed an error in the battery sensors. Probably because it is without the battery.

Sensor - Temperature (TBOT) -- Battery TS MAX (test 1)
Sensor - Temperature (TBOT) -- Battery TS TS 1 (test 1)
Sensor - Temperature (TBOT) -- Battery TS TS 2 (test 1)

Battery temp sensors are placed on trackpad board.

Did you ttry starting in SMC bypass and safe mode too?

Yes, both crash as soon as the apple appears.

Just to be sure, I put this board in a complete topcase (keyboard, trackpad, battery), working 100%. Same problem.

It was the first thing I tried (I forgot to comment)! I also tried with a good bios chip! Nothing changed!

"With the battery on, when I choose to boot from ASD, the Mac crashes"
So it stays on in boot menu?

It only crashes when try to boot OS, or ASD?
This may be related with FDMF6808 chips.
Check if boots normally with that software trick for these chips.

"So it stays on in boot menu?"
Yes, it gets stuck in the Menu. It allows you to choose the boot option, but when I select it and press enter, it gets stuck with the boot options and doesn't even start loading.

"It only crashes when try to boot OS, or ASD?"
When I turn it on without the battery, the system and ASD run normally, without freezing.

"Check if boots normally with that software trick for these chips."
I don't know this software, where can I find information about it?
