820-3662 no USB data on right side

I get a light on USB device on this side but no data. Left side is fine.

Board appears clean other than very minor corrosion around C7336 and some gunk in left side USB (removed).
Replaced i/o board and both cables with known good.
Same function in boot menu/OS.

Inspect RIO connector (J9500) on MLB.
Check diode mode to ground on data lines.
Be sure C9501/2 are good.

Both USB 2/3.0 not working?
