820-3662 not run from charger

Hi guys, I have an 820-3662 that does not turn on when we connect the 85watt original charger. We do have a green and orange light and PPBUS and 3.42 measure OK. If we connect the battery and then plugin the charger, it works. Cannot find a short in the power circuit, kinda weird, any idea?

Does it start in SMC bypass mode?
Post some basic signals; SMC_ADAPTER_EN, PM_BATLOW_L, 3V3_S5/SUS, S5_PWRGD...

Measure voltage on PM_BATLOW_L with just the charger no battery. If it?s not 3.3, then it?s highly likely to be a bad charger. Does it work otherwise (start and run off battery, charge, see battery etc)?
