820-3787 with fan running wild and laggy

Hello guys , have an 820-3787 and the board is spotless , it runs slow and the fans are crazy , I have so far replaced the system trackpad cable , but no changes , given the board is so clean , I have checked out page 44 and compared to a working board and it checked out , now I don't even know where else to check . Please help

Do you have good battery connected?
Did you change both trackpad board and flex?

Try disconnecting webcam.
Run HWMonitor and see which strange values reported.

I tried a trackpad and trackpad cable , the webcam is disconnected completely

I got the following that stand out crazily high

GPU DIE 2 =129
HEATPIPE 2 =128
HEATPIPE 3 = 128
HEATPIPE INCOMING AIR = 21
HEATPIPE OUTGOING AIR =128

The corresponding sensors are related with U5850.
Check Q5801/03, traces and components in that circuit.
ALS is connected on the same bus, that's the reason I said to try disconnecting webcam.
Also check R5350/51 and post voltage and diode mode readings for data lines.
