Hi, I have this motherboard that stopped working with the keyboard and trackpad.
We have tried a new keyboard, trackpad and TP flex but nothing...

If the keyboard works for an SMC reset but I can't do a PRAM reset

The SMC reset keys have dedicated connection at J4813.
All the other keys are connected into a matrix and decoded by U4820/30.

However your problem should be caused by trackapd.
Check if J4802 gets correct voltages.
Be sure SMC_LID is high.
Also check all TPAD_SPI resistors (page 37).
