820-4924-A - Chimes but NO VIDEO

The board is pretty clean, no liquid damage at all. However, i don't have any video (even external).
I have mouse light and chime.
I feel pretty lost and I'm sure you guys can help me out.

Any history of drop damage etc? Tried external with internal screen disconnected?

No drop history and no external video.

You didn't confirm if tested external video disconnecting internal LCD.

Please confirm USB activity with OSX pendrive.

You should get 5V at L8300 in the first 1-2s, even without LCD connected.
If LCD is connected, then LCD_HPD_CONN should rise to 2.5V at same time.

External works great!
L8300 Without the screen, gave me 2.9V and drop to 2.1V and stays like that.

Post U8300 voltages at the same time.

Pin 4 = 5V and others pins = 0
I replaced and works !
