820-4924-A no image, no backlight

I have a 820-4924-A board, it turns on normally, but no display.

It displays image to an external monitor, but its own LCD remains black like it has not been plugged in the board.

L8300 5V appear in the first few seconds w/ or w/o LCD connected.

PPVOUT_S0_LCDBKLT 0V always.

Just 5.1 V pin 3-4 J8300

Check if LCD_HPD_CONN and DP_INT_HPD go both high at same time; LCD connected, of course.

Did you try known good LCD assembly?

0 V always on LCD_HPD_CONN and DP_INT_HPD

unfortunately I don't have a good LCD.

Anything else I can do?

I would not like to think that the PCH is damaged

PCH expects DP_INT_HPD signal, prior to enable internal video.
Looks like you have a bad LCD...
