820-4924 laggy when using Saferi application,

The unit was liquid damaged. had corrosion on the LCD connector area and battery circuit which I've fixed a while ago. If I go to websites like eBay, youtube, Facebook. the user input field box makes the MacBook lag, much like throttling. almost 5-second pause delay. i also had the battery replaced which i bought from aliexpress. it looks genuine.

websites browsing temperatures status :

so I need to use Mac fan control to keep the temp cool. but it still lags when browsing websites.
ASD passed all the test. Fan and thermalpaste are good.
I live in UK, all weather season still make the laptop lag.
it has macOS High Sierra loaded.

70C is fine on CPU die.

Does internal diagnostics report anything, hold down D while powering on.

nothing to report on internal diagnostics. I'll downgrade to regular macoS sierra to see if will fix it.
