820-4924 no chime, light on charger, trackpad click

No liquid damage.

Got light on charger, no chime.

After power button press (battery got charge, charger not connected) trackpad and USB light works for only a few seconds and then goes off - looks like quarter fan spin?

With connected charger USB light, trackpad clicks but it works all the time.

Caps lock light is off all the time.

Any idea?

Better to test USB activity with OSX pendrive/HDD; if LED Link flashes, there is activity for sure.
USB mouse is tricky sometime.

Are you using original 60/85W Magsafe 2 charger?
