I have a board 820-4924 no power, consuming 0.01A
PPBUS_G3H = 12.56v
PP5V_S5 = 5v
PP3V3_S5 = 0V

Post basic voltages of U7501; pins 23, 12, 13, 22, 29, 21.

already replaced u7501 and q7560

Replaced why?
Please post all the steps you did in a repair process; including the reason of a component change...

With these voltages, U7501 MUST generate 3V3_S5, at L7560.
If not, check all surrounded components and their traces.
Be sure to have good solders.
Also check diode mode at L7520/60.

ok, C3208 was shorted i found L7560 shorted into ground on diode mode.
