820-4924 original charger problem

This arrived with no liquid damage and no power. After replacing U7100, the board turns on and works but only with fake charger.

Original charger goes out after a few seconds. Replaced Q7180,Q7010 and D7010 with no change. Surrounding resistors around U7100 measure good.

What should be checked next?

Check R7012.
Post U7100 basic voltages (original charger).
