820-4924 restarts with battery connected

Clean board, most of the time it will restart when the bar for the loading OS is mid way or near the end, sometimes it will load all the way but shortly after it will restart.

Already tried know good BIOS with clean ME.

Replaced C1031.

Replaced U7100 and Q7180.

Resistance between pins 17-18 and 27-28 is correct.

Battery lines SCL and SDA measures correct in diode mode.

Tested with known good battery.

Still same.

PPBUS with battery and charger 12.8V battery alone 12.2V

SMC bypass same thing.

What is PPBUS_G3H voltage without battery, just charger?
Machine works good with battery alone (no charger)?

Battery alone same problems as mentioned before.

Tried 2 new ones, one original Apple and one aftermarket same as what we use here for all other repairs.

Check SMC_DCIN/BMON_ISENSE, with battery connetced; board turned on.

Does the machine restart booting Windows?

SMC_DCIN 0V with battery connected board on and charger disconnected
BMON_ISENSE 0.3V with battery connected board on and charger disconnected

Don't have Windows but have Linux and it also restarts with battery.

Then I suspect CPU issue.
When battery is detected, CPU working regime changes and crashes.
