820-4924 - Slow on battery - Kernel task 200-500%

Liquid Damage to U7100 area.
Replaced U7100 and various around that area

Works perfectly on AC adapter.
Works fine on battery until it drops below about 80% when Kernel task takes over the CPU.

Tried a new battery same problem.
Passes all built in test on both AC and on battery (only).

Current sense all measures ok.

Would appreciate any hints!

Must be a voltage sensor issue. Did you run diagnostics with battery <80%?

It passes everything. I've tried running it down in 10% increments to see if i could trigger it but nothing.

Check Q5480/90 area, possible crap under SMC?
