0,080 and 0.120 it’s like 50% difference on that line!! A cap on that line , u7400, or a memory chip can be ? Can I desolder one after one ? And check of it normaliza measurement on the line , right ?

You could, but I think it is a waste of time as 0.12 or 0.08 is not cause for worry. It depends on the type of RAM chips used and the CPU. Only if they are 100% the same can you compare diode mode measurements like that.
If it is VERY well payed just get another board to fix it.
