820-4924 strange issue when opening lid after sleep

Everything works, exept when computer starts from sleep it shows colorful display for 1-2 sec and then normal. sometimes green lines and green spots. no liquid and board seems like new.

Check if there is no change on backlight enable circuit.
SMC_LID signal has correct level?

Same symptom with battery alone (without charger)?
