820-4924 water damage

I have a 820-4924 board with water damage, mainly on the display connector (already replaced that).
Board seems dead, what you suggest start checking?

CPU could be affected, but you must start checking power on sequence.
First, PPBUS_G3H and PP3V42_G3H.
Also 3V3_S5/SUS presence and RTC signals for PCH.
