Clarify the actual PPBUS_G3H voltage, w/ and w/o battery.
12.30V w/o battery, even stable, is bad sign.
Fluctuating 12-9V w/ battery can be solved in S5 state, before the board working even.
Do you get magsafe light?

Its 12.30 stable without battery and fluctuating with battery connected.
