A1278 13MBP no video

Hi,

I got a 2009 13" MBP here. Board is 820-2530-A.
Machine charges, turns on (chime sound) and can be started into target disk mode. However, there is no video out. Not on the internal LCD and not through the MINI DVI Port. PRAM and SMC have been reset.
GPU failure seems unlikely on this machine. Any idea where to start troubleshooting?

Got 3V on C9010 and C9015? Check if SMC_LID is high if there is 3V on C9010 and not on C9015.
