A1278 820-2936B Beep Sounds

Came in for 3 Beeps. 1 RAM slot has an issue. Removed the RAM.

I get chine and backlight and white screen but machine won't boot.
PPBUs is cycling goes to 12.6V and the down to 0 to 3.8V to 12.6V.

U4100 and U3900 heating up upon thermal imaging.

Boot looping?

Test in SMC bypass mode.

Replace F7040, or test making bypass over it.
