Board not powering on with power button, but from keyboard connector all signals coming through. Powering on when without battery and then works normal.Keyboard needs replacement?

Monitor SMC_ONOFF_L signal, w/ and w/o KB connected.
Do yo note 3-0-3V drop pulse when use power pads, or button?
