P5VS3_EN_L was 1.42V to ENTRIP1 on TPS51125 (U7200)
When Q7221 was removed, PP5V_S3 was good (5V)
PM_SLP_S4_L = 0V on pin 1 of Q7911

PM_SLP_S4_L should be high, right?

Bad PCH or any recommendation?
