A1286 Not Charging with full power

I am using A 90W cable but the MacBook still charging with maximum 1.9A, the battery is not full, and it discharge fast, can it be the current sensor?

Post exact ohm resistance between pins 17/18 and 27/28 of ISL6259.
Also check CHGR_A/BMON.
