a1286 Panic (CPU 2 CALLER 0XFFFFF80007964E)

I got a macbook pro a1286 that keeps throwing this error. it just keeps rebooting non stop. I already tried reinstalling the os and a new hdd. is this the gpu?

Sorry for not specifying the exact board number. I was able to fix the issue by replacing c9650 by a 330uf non tantalum cap. The board number was 820-2850. You may close this post

it's interesting that you say that. the computer is working properly but every time it boots up it says safe boot on the top right corner. could this be due to this? besides that the computer is working properly. I haven't got any kernel panics.

No idea, safe boot can also happen if the left shift is stuck, which can be the keyboard or the shit+CMD+ALT isolation circuit on the board....
