A1369 - 820-3023-A 3 beeps

Hi,

I have an A1369 - 820-3023-A with 3 beeps error.

R7142 was oxidated and so I've replaced it.

I suposed that it is a RAM or CPU problem. Is there any way to make sure witch one is having problems?

If you replace all RAM chips and still gives same problem, guess what...
