A1370 820-3024 Unable to read sensor [solved]

Hi

A1370 820-3024 came our service with liquid spill around SMC. Turning on with ac adapter but not start without ac adapter. I cleaned liquid and replaced some resistors looks like damaged. Now starting with out ac adapter and chargin battery not problem but few minutes later fan runs high and turn power of some times ( in 20 min. or 30 min) CPU and another chips not hot. ASD shows unable to read sensor like picture.

I replaced Q5510,Q5520,Q5530 but nothing changed any idea for next step?

Please run the EFI version of ASD and report the missing sensor.

EFI version ASD shows " SMC to failed " error. I think we need replace SMC

ASD will give an exact indication of the failing sensor(s). Please run EFI ASD and run a sensor test only

Solved problem. ( some flux + hot air on SMC now working
