A1398 emc 2909, 820-00138 overheating.

I have this MacBook.
Without using the MacBook, the cpu is 40° and the fan spinning at 1000rpm
When it is in hard use(YouTube 4k, Photoshop...) the cpu go to 100°c but the fan are still spinning at 1000rpm, I think it is not normal.

Any ideas... Thanks

Did you try another fan?
Install Macs Fan Control and set fan speed to follow CPU die.
Lets see if increases the speed.
