A1425 2012 820-3462, graphic issue and freeze

Hello,

Here is board which looks fine, no water damage, but it has issues when displaying some graphics, or colors are not good, and later it freezes.

See photos attached. It is able to run partly Heaven test, but look at the image...

What can be the issue here?

Try external monitor,
If same, then RAM, or CPU issue...

Same issues on external monitor.
When running ASD sometimes it freezes also, but I managed to get the attached photos. It says errors, but the images are well displayed curiously
So it is a video controller issue? This is the CPU? No way to try to reflow the RAM?

Error messages are directly related with CPU.
Nothing to lose heating CPU and RAM.
Just tell to the client, board can get completely dead...
